Hi there! My name is Kendra. I opened this Well BEING

Center because I deeply enjoy helping others be well and

I strongly believe that everyone deserves to feel valued,

supported, strong, capable, healthy and full of joy. I am a

wife of more than 20 years, A mom of two amazing people,

a business owner, and so many other things. I experienced

burn out ... and recovered. Along the way I realized I

wasn't living my best life. I was working the grind, just

getting through the days as they came and loosing touch with

myself, my dreams, my family. I had an aha moment when I

realized I had abandoned my true self some place and I needed to find her. I am here today because I realized my greatest strength is helping others. It gives me deep and meaningful joy and satisfaction. The problem with being a giver and empathic person, is that it can be unhealthy when its unfocused. So in 2021 at 43 years old I went back to the books and got my certification through YogaMedco and the NBHWC as an Integrative Health and Wellness Coach, and also as A Yoga Coach. Why get certified? So I can be 100% sure that along with the natural talent I was gifted, that I have the professional acumen to be with you in your moment fully and effectively, so that we can achieve greatness in a focused and meaningful way.  I sincerely look forward to meeting you, and I am honored that you would consider me to be your thought partner and coach.
