Meditation

Meditating is the act of focusing deeply on your mind for a period of time. It has been  shown to bring about stress relief, greater resilience, improved HRV, and a number of other positive health and wellbeing benefits. The world is a busy place, and we all get caught up in the hustle & bustle, Often forgetting to just breathe deeply, and shake off the stress that builds in us naturally. We offer both guided & private self guided meditation coaching. It takes time to develop the skill of quieting your mind. We are here to help you learn and practice that skill.  Our themed meditation room can be a relaxing way to disconnect for a minute and just have a little you space too. With changing themes this is sure to provide new and exciting ways to get away from it all for a moment, and just Be. We also combine Meditation with Yoga to further help you explore yourself and enhance your wellbeing.

Meditation Coaching

Our Coaches will guide you through breathing and meditation exercises to help you learn to calm your mind, and develop a personal mindfulness practice.
