Yoga is a practice for every one! Your age, body type and mobility level should not stop you from pursuing a Yoga Practice. We are prepared to assist you in developing a practice that is just right for where you are today, to help you reach your goals for fitness, flexibility, strength, stability and mindfulness.
Thought Partnership is an excellent way to receive support through your personal growth journey. Having a Health & Wellness Coach in your corner to listen, support , encourage, and inspire you helps create lasting positive change. Coaches provide accountability, and assist with organizing goals into manageable plans for success.
We all benefit from calming our mind and learning to control our thoughts. Mindfulness practices reduce stress and anxiety. It helps you gain a sense of well being when you need it. Our Coaches provide guided meditation as well as help you develop the skills necessary to create your own daily mindfulness routine.
